Saturdays we open at 12 noon and close at 1-30pm. Sundays we open at 2-45 pm and close at 4-15 pm. We charge just £3-50 per day. Or you can pay £11 on a Monday and train as much as you like all week. We have both men and women's facilities. We are especially out to help beginners. So if you haven't trained before. No worries. I look forward to helping you through your first workout. We have ample free car parking at the front and at the back
of Stan's Gym.
